‘Anger & Irritation’
Most of us are consumed
with anger and irritation. Indeed, there is much anger in the world. As
students of theosophy with some knowledge of the laws of nature, how do we
help ourselves and others in this respect.

Man's Higher Principles and the Triple Evolutionary Schemes (Part I)
Who are we? What is the
purpose of life? How do we actualize our potential? These are questions that
thoughtful people have asked since time immemorial and Theosophy provides
answers to many of them. But in order to understand these answers it is
important to have a good grasp on the constitution of Man and how He
evolves. These issues have intrigued Hauw Tio Hiong for a long time
and motivated him to research the subjects. It is with this in mind that he
would like to share what he has learnt so far over 2 sessions; the first
part will cover the Higher Principles of Man. While those who have attended
the ACT will find the topic a good revision, others will hopefully find
Theosophy providing satisfactory answers to some of their questions, and be
spurred to find out more.

Krishnamurti’s Teachings and Theosophy
Choong Chi Pin
talks about this article by Pablo Sender:
“Do Jiddu Krisnamurti’s teachings
contradict modern Theosophical teachings? Or do they reflect H. P.
Blavatsky’s words and those of her Masters? In fact they complement and shed
light on each other. However there are many who cannot see this connection.
Perhaps it would be necessary to investigate certain aspects of both
teachings in order to discover their deep similarity. We shall then examine
some points from JK’s perspective and also from that of HPB and her
Masters.”
