"The Absolute refers to an unconditioned reality which transcends limited, conditioned and differentiated existence. It is the very source of the universe, the ultimate reality. It is boundless, omnipresent, immutable. Being absolute, it transcends all pairs of opposites and cannot be grasped by the mind. In previous modules, we have laid the ground for contemplating such transcendent realities, preempting the often shallow and oversimplified concepts of the absolute that would otherwise arise. The fascination that such an incomprehensible reality exerts upon seekers who have opened their minds to receive it will, by the law of attraction, draw them closer to the very heart of the universe."

We will not pretend to be able to fathom it, but use great ideas passed down by the sages of old as windows through which we may glimpse the truth. So long as we do not mistake the windows for the vision beyond, we shall find contemplation of the absolute a fascinating and fruitful journey. In this module, we will explore cosmic rhythm and cycles."
