Desirelessness

Desirelessness, or vairagya - indifference to the result of one's actions, is the second Qualification on The Path. People identify themselves with their desires and become unhappy when their desires are not gratified. In this class, we explore how we can be more at peace with ourselves as we work on “learning to do right purely for right’s sake ”

Commencement of the 51st A Course in Theosophy

Lecture 1: The Different Planes of Nature

There will be no lodge meeting this week as the auditorium will be used to conduct the 1st Lecture of A Course in Theosophy — The Different Planes of Nature. In this first lecture, we get to know the different planes of nature; the different bodies of man and the different vehicles of consciousness. We also learn about the auras of men. Members are welcome to join the class as a refresher.
