The subject is open to the audience for topical discussion following an introduction by Chong Sanne. This programme will be particularly useful for those who have just completed ACT 21.

Year-End Get Together We shall get together for a group meditation to reflect on the year past. Have we achieved our personal resolutions for the year? And what would be our personal resolutions for the New Year? After the reflective meditation, we shall have a informal pot-luck party followed by some Karaoke.
