The Psychic Sense
It is well known that
even in the physical world, rarely do two accounts of the same incident
match completely. We are all living in separate worlds of our individual
impressions, worlds of our own making, and rarely do we know another person
truly. We are all colliding with one another’s unrealities, and hence the
discord and strife.
Multiply that
subjectivity a thousandfold, add to it innumerable obscure laws of nature
and you have the difficulties of observation on the astral plane. Why is it
that true schools of occultism often forbid the use of untrained psychic
abilities? Why do even occultists require intense training and testing? Why
did a Master assert that “no self-taught seer or clairaudient ever saw or
heard quite correctly”?
Following the previous
programme, Brandon Goh invites you to come and arm yourself with the
armour of knowledge against the fatal arrows of delusion that shoot down
many ascending aspirants!

Workshop (1.5 Hours)
At the Feet of the Master on Love
We will explore this
theme in At the Feet of the Master, with the insights shed upon it by
some authors. Participants will form discussion groups to shed new light
upon this inexhaustible topic and its application in the modern world. In
this age, can we see the energies of unification expressed in various ways,
perhaps wrongly by some? Let us delve into this together and try to touch
the fire that shall inspire our actions. Organized by Lotus Circle, all
members are welcome.

share Singing the Gayatri. Gayatri is the most renowned of the Vedic
mantras. Addressed to the Solar Logos, symbolizing the Supreme Light of all
Lights, it forms part of the traditional Hindu sacrament, but in reality,
there is nothing Hindu about it. A lofty prayer unmatched in its sublimity,
it is as well a prayer for the whole of humanity. Let us sing this beautiful
mantra together in the melodious tune popularized by Deva Premal.
