Gong Meditation - A Lotus Circle Programme

Led by Kristin Lim, gong meditation is an experience for the mind and body that is accessible to all. Over the course of 45-60 minutes, we’ll incorporate simple breathing and meditation techniques that allow the sound waves of the gong to bring you into a state of deep relaxation.

Kristin Lim is a sound practitioner who believes in bringing the spirit of self-inquiry and exploration to a gong bath. She has had the privilege of training with gongmasters around the world, including Martha Collard of Red Doors Studio in Hong Kong, and Don Conreaux, one of the modern pioneers in the field. (Use a different QTix from the main programme of the day)

(Please come by 2:15 p.m. as door will be locked when the session begins)

Mahabharata as a Spiritual Guidebook (II)

Mahabharata is the longest epic in the world. Many people have either read it or watched it as a period drama on TV. Beyond being a dramatic epic, it has much allegorically spiritual significance as revealed by the insights of Paramhansa Yogananda.

This is the second talk on the subject by Carl Lum sharing the insights of Paramhansa Yogananda on how the plots weave and shape the epic into a spiritual guidebook, and at the same time, also appreciate the fantastically beautiful plots of the epic.
