Meditation - A Lotus Circle Programme
Led by Kristin Lim,
gong meditation is an experience for the mind and body that is accessible to
all. Over the course of 45-60 minutes, we’ll incorporate simple breathing
and meditation techniques that allow the sound waves of the gong to bring
you into a state of deep relaxation.
Kristin Lim is a sound
practitioner who believes in bringing the spirit of self-inquiry and
exploration to a gong bath. She has had the privilege of training with
gongmasters around the world, including Martha Collard of Red Doors Studio
in Hong Kong, and Don Conreaux, one of the modern pioneers in the field.
