Harry Potter and the Mystic Quest In this entertaining 36-min video programme, John Algeo reveals metaphysical insights surround J. K. Rowling’s modern classic, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. John Algeo, held the office of International Vice-President of the TS and several terms as President of the Theosophical Society in America. He is Professor Emeritus at the University of Georgia and was Alumni Foundation Distinguished Professor of English until his retirement. In addition to many journal articles in Theosophical publications, he is the author of the book Reincarnation Explored and co-author of The Power of Thought. He has been the editor of The Quest magazine and presents Theosophical courses md lectures around the world.
